    As the title said, i just broke my rock band pedal and there's a story to it also so here goes:

    I was playing on 360 score duel playing nightmare by crooked x on expert (i play drums so i'm pretty good (don't wanna sound egotistical or nothing)). Well, i hit my pedal wrong and it was leaning sideways against one of the feet:

    feet ---> >==<
    ..............l_l
    ...............l
    ............It was there sidways.

    So i found that i could still sorta kind reach it so i started playing like that until i got enough overdrive and the fills came up (bad idea playing like that). Quickly i put it back and started playing, well i put it back wrong i usually put it one the front arch but i put it on the second: (second ascii art! (not as good as the first)).

    ............._ _
    pedal -> l l l l_______
    .............^ .^
    .......usual .l
    .................l
    .............what I put it on.

    It started making a weird squeak and i heard a crack. and low a behold! a few kicks later the thing snapped at the hinge. So? Has this happened to you?

    Is what I did to fix my pedal , was get a bunch of thick metal sheets , and just duct taped the sh*t out of it.
    It sorta works

    1) Take 1/2" or 1" thick piece of wood that is a bit shorter than the length of the pedal
    2) Get roll of duct tape
    3) Put wood on pedal, and tape near center while pulling up on both sides of pedal, making it look "together"
    4) Tape all around pedal, avoiding spring and magnet.
    5) Use until base cracks
    6) Send in for new one at this link
    7) ????
    8) PROFIT!\

    Edit: lol yours broke at the hinge too? So did mine. Just put the pedal back together, then hold the bottom part down where it's supposed to connect to the hinge, and then tape all around there.

    Thanks but i already ordered a new one. It's kinda ironic. I just bought Limelight and Beethoven's C*** a few hours before.

    Limelight is so fun. I must have literally played it 50+ times. I started out 4 starring it, but now I'm so close to gold starzzzzz.

    It's also doesn't help that I am an absolute Rush fanatic. Beethoven's C*** is alright, but the retarded bass pedal placements get not-so-fun after a little while.

    Still, you can tape it all back together until it gets there.

    Agreed Limelight is a lot of fun. I like songs with a lot of variety so i got Beethoven's C*** and it's realy fun. Molly Hatchet's Flirtin with Disaster is also extremely fun to play, it shouldn't have been top teir though.
