Either do that ^ or uninstall your theme in cydia and then do that.

I recommend restoring back to 2.2.1 if you want yours jailbroken. I had 3.0 and it was very slow, cydia always crashed and mxtube always crashed. 2.2.1 = best jailbroken firmware

god i hate people who are like "omg 3.0 was so slow" i have it, jailbroken too, it is actually faster and smoother than 2.2.1 u just didnt give it enough time, you needed to update cydia when you open it the first time and mxtube hasnt been fully ported yet.

uninstall the theme, tap the status bar or home + power reset, then turn back on

    I was having this issue.

Cydia should run in safemode, uninstall the last thing or two, then reboot.

keep note of what you installed and don't install those on 3.0. You may even send the author a nice polite note letting them know you had an issue with 3.0
