    This is proven to work!
    IF YOU HAVE NO IRECOVERY EXPRIENCE. DON'T EVEN TRY REDSN0W.

    1) Download xpwn nightly

    2) Put the bundle encluded in the reslite.zip into the FirmWare-Bundle-Dir

    3) Do "ipsw OriginalFW.ipsw patchedFW.ipsw -s 700 bundles\Cydia.tar"

    4) wait, boot device to DFU

    5) Upload 2.1.1 iBSS, patch out sigcheck, now you can basically follow the guide that in the zip.

    where the hell do you get xpwn. I've had enough trouble trying to find a 2.2.1 pwning tool for windows already. damn.

    Yeah, this still seems to complicated.

    I don't even know how to start iRecovery since it doesn't have a file extension.
