iPod Touch Music, Videos and Games

    1. Firstly you need to be on 1.1.4 firmware

This will tell you when you connect your ipod to the computer

    it will say;

    eg, Name:

    Capacity:

Software Version: "it will be located here"

    2. Getting music/videos on your ipod:

1st open up your internet browser and type in -Piracy Promoting Link Removed- and go to download then click on the Get Basic
button, wait for it to load. then go down and either click windows or mac whatever you have. A box should then appear saying run, save, and cancel. Click on Run.

Wait for the file to download, then follow the instructions to download.
Once you are done click on the limewire
icon on your desktop. The first time you open it, it will take awhile. Once its opened you can browse any song or movie you want in the search box. Download the song you want it should be a MP3 file.
once you have downloaded the songs/videos you want click on Library on the top left corner and click on
saved files. You then click on the explore button located near the refresh icon. A new page should appear.
Once it has highlight all your songs and click copy. Wait for them to copy. Then go to the right of the page
and click on my music and paste them all in their. You can make a folder for all your music, I suggest you do
this because it is easier to get songs onto itunes this way. Next open up iTunes. Once its open go to file
then to add folder to library and choose the folder with all your music in that youve just created. Then wait
for them to copy into your library. Next connect your iPod and go down to sync " .... " iPod.

    Hopefully this works for you.

    3. Games and Applications on your iPod touch.

You dont have to do this but ill write it down anyway.

Just reminding you, this worked for me but as a first timer i dont advise you to do it.
If you do this and something goes wrong its no problem but hold down the power and home button at the same time till the screen
goes black. Next take your finger off the power button, but keep holding home button
till apple icon appears. You then go into iTunes and click restore and just wait for it to restore you ipod

If you do decide to do this

Go to internet explorer and type in www.ziphone.org

    Download the file.

Then open up the folder and extract all files
Go down to the bottom and there should be an application called ZiPhoneGUI.
    Open that.
Next connect your iPod if you already havent
    and click on jailbreak.
Wait for this to do its thing then your ipod should start having white text scrolling down the screen,
this is ok its meant to happen.
Once this is down your iPod should reset and there should be a Zibris blog icon and an installer. app icon
You can then go to install, then games and download any games you wont
Theres a great choice of games.
You can also download many apps like customize finder apollo etc
If you are wanting GBA and SNES etc games go to this website -Piracy Link Removed- it will tell you everything
you need to know. or www.ifans.com/forums.

    Hope this works

No offense, but this guide is beyond terrible and has quite a lot of Piracy.

Also, the fact that you recommend people use:

    Internet Explorer, ZiPhone, and Limewire

Makes it fail to an extra degree of Fail that is worse than Twitter.
