Ok so yesterday I found out how to make any icon for the the iconcept theme without needed a computer. The apps I used were photogene sketches and ifile. I would post screeneshots but I'm not on my computer.

Step 1. (I'm gunna use the weather pro icon as an example and change It to my games folder) so find any image you wat to use for your icon

    2. Go into photogene and crop the image to 50x75
    3. Go into ifile and go to var/mobile/Media/DCIM and find your cropped image and copy it
    4. Go to var/stash/Themes/iConcept/Icons and paste the image
    5. Rename the pasted image to the icon you want it to be (so mine would be Games.png)
    6. Then go to your homescreen and put the icon where you want it to go then respring
    7. Now go to your springboard page where the new icon is and take a screenshot (make sure there's a little bit of black above the icon)
    8. Now this is tricky, go into sketches and set the background as your screenshot
    9. Then find the add text button and type what you want it to say above your icon (mine would be Games) and make sure it's the new times roman font
    10. Then tun the color to white and paste it to the right size just above the icon you made ( use the other icons as a guide to where you should put the text)
    11. Then take another screenshot or just save the image
    12. Go back into photogene and crop your new icon to 60x75 and make sure the text it included
    13. Go into ifile, find your new cropped image in DCIM
    14. Place it in the f
icons folder and delte the other icon you made
15 Rename your new image to your icons name and then respring and you done

I know it sounds long and hard but it's really not I do it in like 5 mins. and I'll post some screenshots once I get on my computer

Graphic design companies have no problem paying that kinda money and more for imagaing software. And if the money is an issue, gimp it up.

Try GIMPshop. It's free and looks and behaves exactly like Photoshop. Just google it.
