[GUIDE] RUN RS - NOR only - FIX for Error 6! [WINDOWS]

Way to fix error 6 when flashing the NOR for run rs. You need to be in a certain recovery mode to let the run rs noronly firmware work so we do this by putting your iPod into the state just before its about to be restored. This gets around error 6 and lets you upgrade to the run rs boot without fully restoring

FOR SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS SKIP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

ALSO IF YOU DO ANYTHING WRONG AND YOUR iPOD WILL ONLY BOOT INTO RECOVERY MODE (iTUNES LOGO) THEN THERE IS A FIX NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

You must already be jailbroken with tethered NOT SEMI-TETHERED

This will not remove your main file system it's just an upgrade to the run rs way of booting (means you won't lose your apps or settings

Hmm we should find what mode iTunes places the ipod in while its about to restore to 2.2.1 custom so that step can be skipped. Hmm
