Here is how to configure VNSea on a Mac.

    1) Go into installer, go to install, all applications, scroll down until you see VNSea.
    2) Install it.
    3) Open system prefs, and go into Sharing.
    4) Turn on Apple Remote Desktop, and configure a password, make sure the box next to VNC Users may control screen with password is checked.
    5) Cool, now go into VNSea on your iPoT or iPhone.
    6) Click the plus sign to make a new connection.
    7) Go back into system prefs, sharing, and highlight Apple Remote Desktop.
    8) Near the bottom it will say "Others can manage your computer using the address xxx.xxx.x.xxx
    9) On your iPod, type that address in where it says Address, and type in anything next to name.
    10) Type in the password you configured in step 4 under password.
    11) MAKE SURE PIXEL DEPTH IS SET TO 32
    12) Now hit save, and you should be all set. You can now control your computer with your iPoT. Enjoy

How many how to guides on VNC do we really need here? There's been one out there for over 2.5 months with directions for Windows, Mac & Ubuntu - http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14535

Re: for 10.3.9 - Go to System Preferences, and go to Sharing (at least that's what it's called in 10.4). Select Apple Remote Desktop and you should have a button to the right called "access privledges". Should be able to change you password there.
