with 1.1.5 out
Of course you can, if you have the firmware file.
wtf are you on about... a quick search on google of the firmware file name and the word ******* at the end of it will give you a long list of the firmware which you could download and install. Not that you should because it is illegal. ^^
I second that
But we cant do the "legal" way aka dfuing then forcing it to download from itunes
yea, but im pretty sure that broke some type of law as well...haha
Don't fool yourself. It isn't slightly more legal to DFU and download 2.0 through itunes than downloading through a ******* or other sites. Its all illegal.
As far as im concerned, if it was freely available then, it doesnt matter where you get it from now.
some guy posted his 2.0 firmware on YouTube. I got it before it was removed... You can find custom 2.0 jailbreaks on YouTube as well
Is there a way for Apple to tell the difference if I need to take it to the store or something? I got mine when the was a link leaked from the Apple site. However, pretty much the ONLY reason I went to 2.0 is because I wanted to "go legit".
Normally, I would just buy it and reupload. But since it takes forever to get the music and vids back on, I don't feel like wasting that time if it's not necessary.
