    So I ordered a Reflect case yesterday for my Touch. It arrived today because I am in Atlanta and they are in Nashville. To my disappointment they sent me an iClear case instead, even though the receipt had the Reflect listed. I called them up and the rep agrees that it was a shipping error. He orders up the Reflect (which should be here tomorrow) and tells me to keep the iClear no questions asked. 5 minute phone call and all is well....now THAT is how customer service is done!
