I just bought an iTrip off a guy and when I plug it into my ipod the screen (on the iTrip) flashes on then off really quick. What could be my problem? They guy said it was working when he used it.

It isnt working because the iTrip isnt made for iPod Touch. Its made for Nanos and other ipods.

you need to start music for it to turn on... then it will work for the whole ipod, playing on radio even utube vids, but to start it, you need to turn on music. PS Take it out after ur done, since it wont turn off by itself

yeah thanks, i figured it out. but now i can't get any stations to work. i'll find a frequency that is all static then tune the itrip to that frequency and nothing.

You understand that you need a radio separately tuned to the radio setting on the itrip right, then keep it close to the radio and it should play.

You can set different stations to transmit by going up and down on the wheel and select one you like by pressing the wheel down for 2 seconds.

PS It will only work with FM

i think i'll try it with a radio that has a digital tuner, that way i know they're on the same frequency. i cant get it to work with this circa 1980 alarm clock i'm using.
