My Griffin iClear 2G kind of bumps up at the bottom section of the frame (The side where the home button is).

I am talking about the top piece. It snaps to the bottom piece on the sides. The side with the home button is left open for the connectors so there is nothing clamping it down. When I put it together the frame is being pushed up so there is a few millimeter gap between the case and the chrome.

Is it like this for anyone else that has this case?

I am very disappointed with this case. The screen protector is basically useless. The case feels like it was made for $0.50. It feels like if I drop it, the case will shatter and the iPod will be damaged anyways. The only plus is the belt clip doubles as a stand but that is like +1/100 in my book

I got a problem like that too.
Cos the case gets heaps dusty / dirty heaps , i open it to clean it.
Now i'm finding the case isnt giving much of a seal.
And i also think it feels cheap and I'm also very disappointed with this product.
When I hold my iPod tightly i can also hear random cracks :S
Next (and hopefully last) case i get will probably be the rebeltouch
