I downloaded GreenPois0n and followed all the directs to jailbreak it.

I successfully got it into DFU mode as the "jailbreak" button appeared to me on the program. After that I pressed it, and my iPod's screen turned white and then it showed the iTunes logo and the USB, signaling me to restore it via iTunes.

it stays like that and I waited and waited for it to go past that screen as it did in the tutorial videos and it never did. I always exited the recovery mode only to find that my iPod never did successfully jailbreak although Pois0n said it did.

what am I doing wrong? I don't see cydia being installed, just a white screen then tells me to recover.

I have the MC model, which is why I'm using Posi0n.

    not sure about your problem.

I'm getting a white screen during the "jailbreak" mode. Then it turns onto the apple logo, then goes into the iTune icon with the usb without any installation whatsoever.

anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
