Okay, I know this sounds insane in this day and age, but I don't have Wifi access.
I tried using free Wifi available from McDonalds but it is so slow the download cuts out.
Anyway, thats beside the point. What I would like to know is if it is possible to install Cydia without Wifi (ie. thought ifunbox or some other Windows program)

I've currently got a greenp0ison Ipod Touch 4g but have yet to install Cydia through the Loader app.

    Cheers for the help.

My McDonalds has fast wifi, don't you have a friends house you can go to? I have a friend that has wifi but the connection is horrible, everytime I go to their house I get so frustrated cuz I can't play with my newly jailbroken touch, and everytime I tell him to get his freakin Internet fixed hah!

around here the libraries have free wi-fi at a pretty decent speed - not sure where you are though.

Just drive around and keep refreshing the connections. I can find 20 open connections within a few blocks of my house.
