great plist editer for changing system strings

    here is a great plist editer, just drag and drop your plist on to the pleditexe,use the find text tool under the edit tab at the top.locate the string ,change to whatever and save.replace via ssh. it works verifide.

    p.s. i did not make this, just passing it on to others that might find it as useful as i found it to be.

    Or you could run this in Terminal:

    Code:
    plutil -c xml1 DIRECTORY\ OF\ PLIST
    And then edit it in Notepad.

    very true, if you have a mac that is. this is for lowly windows users like me. ;-]

    y would u need to run any command to open a plist on a mac???

    Nope, I mean run that on your iPod's terminal, and then it's in XML for Windoze (hence, Notepad).
