Gran Turismo 5 is the first game in the series ever to have car damage models. But for a game that is being touted as a game that has amazing attention to detail, it doesn't look to good?

The picture quality isn't amazing since it was taken off a Television screen, but it is decent enough to get a look at it and how it will look.

At Gamecom this August, Gran Tursimo was shown and is expected to be sold on the PS3 only on November 3.

It looks like a monster just took a bite out of the cars.

Those pictures don't do any justice to the game's graphics
Even the Cars alone look PS2 like, pics are messed up

The cars themselves look fine, but the damage is ugly... I'd rather have no damage at all.

No one questioned the look of the cars (that took about 6 years to create mind you) Other wise the thread would of been called 'Gran Turismo 5 cars look ugly', Its about the damage model and how it looks un-realistic and disproportionate for a game that is supposed to be all mighty in the car game world, hell Forza 3 has better damage models.

Don't shot them messenger, a thing every stupid nerd does these days on forums and threads.

    I just checked the video
Still something seems off, whenever they car receives damage the whole car looks worse not just the damaged part

Its either bad quality footage, or just because it is a prototype early build to demo damage system which would explain the dis proportionality

Either way i am sure the final product will look up to par with GT5 Graphics

    Update:
Although the video doesn't show damage...
    This video looks Beautiful, amazing!
