When i click on the app, it opens a black screen just like all the other emulators do. Then it just goes back to my springboard. My other emulators obviously go into the menu where u choose your roms. I have the exact same problem with the gameboy4iphone app as well.

    There are two potential problems.
1.) You do not have a bios
2.) App Permissions not set correctly

Problem 2 can be fixed by uninstalling and re-installing.
Problem 1 can be fixed by downloading a bios from someone.
I would be glad to upload my bios for you!

Rule #6 line 4 Posting about/where to get ROMs / bios files. Emulators themselves are legal, but the actual ROMs and/or BIOS files are not.

I did not tell him WHERE to get them.
I said I would be happy to give mine to him.
In that sentence, NOWHERE did I say where to get it, only that I would be kind enough to upload it

You still sharing the illegal bios file with him.......

Just because a coke dealer sells from inside his house doesn't make it legal.......

    Didn't accuse you once.

All I'm saying is that you stated multiple times that you would gladly upload and give it too him.
