i this is my first post, but I am not new to GPSPhone or jailbreaking. I have been using GPSPhone for a year now and I just got Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team. I realized I couldn't save (it would say "Save Failed") and Save States wouldn't work either. i figure it is because GPSPhone saves in 128kb savs so I am asking, is it possible to get a 128kb sav to work or to make GPSPhone save in 128kb saves?
This is not a direct answer to your question, and I'm sorry about that, but have you tried GBA.emu? It has replaced gPSphone on my iPhone as my GBA emulator.
