Got USB, no Iphone/Ipod

    Does anyone have a solution to this? it keeps occuring before the last step where you must type go in bootloader... its really pissin me off, ive tried 2 computers

    run in DFU mode.

    I'm there too - and I try to restore but iTunes can't (This iPod cannot be restored). I get no white screen when unplugged - it's basically off.
    Helpz?

    I have this same problem and I'm defiantly in DFU mode.

    how sure are yoU?

    you can tell if its in dfu mode, if itunes and your computer recognizes it as an ipod.

    Nvm, I'm restoring it to NORMAL firmware, and will attempt again l8r.

    try installing libusb

    I had this same problem and I installed libusb, remember to run it in compatability mode!
