Hello, Yesterday I updated both my iTunes and iPod OS, But the iPod now won't boot up, it only goes to recovery mode, I tried DFU mode two times.
I was jailbroken and didn't go into DFU mode the first time tho.

    Any help would be appreciated.

By the sound of it, your iPod has turned into a 'brick' have you tryed restoring it?

I've tried restoring it maybe 5-6 times, plus two times in DFU mode...
When it's done restoring, it goes automaticlly to the recovery mode/screen, even before iTunes says it's done restoring. :S

Is there a possibility that it is bricked?

Are you positive that you are on the latest version of iTunes?

Did you update to the new OS from a jailbroken one? Or restore to the new OS?
