Google Now has been released for Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and can be installed, the requirements for it is that you will have to be running a Android 4.o (Ice Cream Sandwich) ROM, with ClockWork Mod recovery (not sure if TWRP or 4EXT work) installed.

    Installation

    1. Download the GoogleNowICS.zip from

2.You will now need to copy the GoogleNowICS.zip to your SD card of your phone.
    3. Reboot into your recovery of choice (CMW, TWRP ect.)
    4. Install the GoogleNowICS.zip and then reboot back to your system.

You should now have Google Now installed, it can be activated by the same way that your old Google Search could be, by tapping the search bar, or buy pressing your search button.

    But there is one catch,

THERE IS NO VOICE (as in searching by voice)AND THERE NEVER WILL BE ON ICE CREAM SANDWICH, GOOGLE NOW STILL WORKS BUT QUESTIONS HAVE TO BE IN-PUTTED MANUALLY.

Apparently not in the Android section, because there are 2 in most iOS sections.
