When I exit a Rogers 3G network area and my iphone 4 switches over to EDGE, google maps is very very slow. I've tried resetting the network setting, restored, replaced the sim card and even the iphone with no solution. I've contacted both Apple and Rogers where they both blamed each other. Anyone else notice this problem? I updated my iphone 3G to IOS4 when that first came out and maps was acting very slow also. So I jailbroke the iphone 3G and went back to firmware 3.1.2 where maps now works fine on EDGE. I put my iphone 4 beside my iphone 3G (fw 3.1.2), both on EDGE with the 3G loading the maps graphics much faster. Any ideas?? Thank you.
