    I wanted this phone too. So if it ever is perm banned will they stop support and software for it?

    I don't understand why Apple was granted a patent in the first place for system-wide searching. Haven't we had that on PC's for years, or am I missing something?

    Google will just need to update it to search the system differently. I can't believe that of all things Apple gets granted a ban for this. It's total bull.
    But Google will find a workaround. There is no way the Galaxy Nexus will ever be permabanned.

    On the other side of things, Judge c*cksucker (Koh) needs to be censured, and investigation needs to be done, and when they find the buckets of cash Apple has been giving her, she needs to be removed from power.
