Really doubtful. It would be bad for their image if they recalled all of it, and even more for their profits, and not to mention hurt their stocks, and other expenses (shipment, replacement, etc.)

What i think they'll do is, try to minimize any design problems through software. (to fix the antenna issue, maybe regulate the power or what not) and try to downplay the others physical stuff ( easily broken glass etc).

Then they'll release a fixed version iphone for those phones not yet shipped, without letting us know that they fixed anything. Then when the early adopter complains of the defects, they can point out that only a few of the iphone 4 are having this problem, and would graciously offer to replace those iphone 4 affected with a "production error".

This way they don't admit they did anything wrong (keeping their name clean), replace only the phones of the few who actually complain (saving them a couple of bucks), and then cover up the media frenzy with their upcoming ipod 4 (which they'll probably market as building on the success of the iphone 4).
