I cannot decide whether to trade, and if so then what I should trade for.

I currently have an iPad 16GB Mint. I am either trading for a 13" Macbook Pro Unibody, 2.24GHz core 2 duo Processor (trading for my iPad and $200) or a 15" Macbook Pro preunibody. 2.33Ghz core 2 duo proccessor (trading for my iPad and $200).

Macbook Pro seems like a good choice if its in a very good condition.

get the 13". you'll love the design and the feel. Plus the bigger screen is for people that won't be using it for travel as much. it's more a stay home/around the house laptop.

The 15" isn't that much more powerful. The only difference that I can see is that the processor (same processor btw) is clocked a tiny bit higher and I don't think it will be noticeably faster. But another possible difference is the graphics cards. I don't know which one will have the better graphics card, so that's up to you (or maybe it won't matter to you if you don't plan to play games).

But ignoring everything I just said, I would go with the 13".

Unibody seem to have a better build quality, but this is Apple, the 15" has great build quality too.

They're both powered by Intel C2D's, right?
It really depends how much RAM is in them.

2GB is heaps for normal usage on a Mac, 4GB is really if you want to get into the serious stuff.

Same with Integrated and Discrete graphics.

It depends what you want to do with your MacBook.
