Hallo. I'm thinking about asking for a good pair of earphones (not headphones) for Christmas since mine keep breaking.

    Specs:
    • Not extremely bassy
    • In-ear (obviously)
    • Good for Hard Rock/Metal
    • Aesthetically pleasing if possible (not a neccessity)
    • $50-$70

    Any recommendations?

Yeah, Amazon frequently bundles items together. I'm pretty confident that there's a discount for buying the bundle, but I never took the time to calculate each item and add them up, then compare the price of buying the bundle or buying them separate.

FYI, the Hi-Fi Noise-reducing are the predecessor to the JBuds J2. The J2 are the predecessor to the J3. Amazon's probably trying to get rid of stock.

CX300 aren't that bad either. Pretty good for it's price range so I've heard; never got the chance to hear them.

I think you should go for it. It'll let you listen to the differences between headphones and train your ears in a way.

Amazon does all types of bundles, that way they can sell more stuff, plus it helps to get people into free shipping
