Hi, I have a wmv video that I want on my iPod, but it doesn't convert it in iTunes like it usually does, so anyone know a good converter for this?
I used to use PSP Video 9, but I think I downloaded it wrong or something, it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I believe Handbrake only rips DVDs - don't think it'll convert formats. Seen good comments on other forums for Videora (sp?)

I haven't used it but videora seems to be the preferred choice.

Here my recommendations from another thread:

If you use OSX/Mac download handbrake (http://handbrake.m0k.org/?article=download) for free, insert dvd, choose the settings (ipod, ipod touch/iphone) and start converting.

To convert your divx/wma/mkv etc.. movies use Visual Hub (http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/), not for free (latest C&N for help

), drag your movie in the window, choose your settings (ipod, touch etccc..) and start converting.

Both are stable and fast (supporting dual cores a whole movie around 2hours (divx) is converted in 14 minutes on my quad-core Mac Pro).
