Safari is annoying to use with the whole Non-visible tab thing. Anyone know of a browser (preferably free but it doesn't matter) with multitabbing?

It's also not that hard to let it go and move on.

FullBrowser is free and on the App Store. It has some pretty neat features, such as a tab menu similar to that of desktop browsers.

Try Oceanus from AppStore. Best full screen browser I have found so far.

It doesn't crash on me ever. So I would say Safari.

Privately -- it deletes all history once you close the app
