    I ran through my GAccount to see the games I bought earlier this year. Since my Galaxy Tab sucks less, I use it more. Here's what I got;

    GTA III
    Frontline Commando
    Modern Combat 3
    Six Guns
    Temple Run
    Radiant Defense
    Real Racing 2
    Traffic Panic
    Ninja Fishing
    Mine craft
    Muffin Knight
    Mine craft
    Line Runner
    Line Birds
    Frisbee
    Carnivores HD
    Big Top THD
    Bank Job
    Cordy Sky

And now here's just random nice looking games I'll throw at ya

    Amazing Alex
    Shadowgun
    Final Fantasy III
    Riptide GP
    The amazing Spider Man
    Great Little was game
    Apparatus
    Ski Safari
    Sonic CD
    Sonic 4 Episode II
    NFL Flick Quarterback

I got hundreds more for ya, plus AndroidPolice always lists the new things found. A lot sometimes suck, but I always find 2 or 3 good apps, at least. Most I got at once was 42 games and apps.

Not that I've really tried any others for Android, but QR Droid is a better QR code scanner than any I've tried on iOS; and it's the most popular on Android.
Always keep in mind that almost anything you use on iOS has an equivalent on Android, if not the same exact app.

    MineCraft: Pocket Ed

Some the games I have :)
