my ipod has always been having its glitchy moments since I've opened it 3 days ago. the fast foward on tracks doesnt work, after a while on safari all of a sudden on the page I'm on it won't let me click on links but itll let me zoom in and move the page and stuff, the iPod gets laggy with the touch sensors, and when im at 10% battery it really really lags and won't let me slide to unlock. all these problems are solved after I turn it off and on again but I was wondering if these are normal glitches or if these are reasonable excuses for me to get my iPod exchanged. also I've never jailbroken my ipod so its clean

    mine doesn't do that...
if you can get a new one, do it. if it gets worse you don't wanna get stuck with a defective jailbroken iPod...

Mine does crap like that ALL the time and it pisses me off!
I am jailbroken, so I don't want to restore and lose everything.
but if you never jailbroke, you should just restore In iTunes since you have nothing to lose.

Well just wait in front of the store and wait for in to start glitching, then run inside and show them

Mine used to do that but then i updated to 1.1.4 and it stoped...you might want to bring it into Apple if it's on 1.1.4.
