I am on 4.0 jailbroken, is there a way to get rid of the shadows that occur when I touch an app?

When you touch an app... not sure which shadows you're talking about.

I think he means when you Touch and App, how it gets dark.

It is a dark shadow over the app, but it is not aligned right. it is half way over the app to the left and half above it. its awkward looking. I am running the Dulce theme. I didn't notice it with the Glasklart theme.

The shadow appears over any icon in a theme that isnt the siaze of the original app.

You can try, but be careful. You may end up restoring, but I really don't think so.

I'll live with it, rather than take a chance on having to restore again.
