The Titan is a Windows phone, not Android.

I too vote on this. I think it would be the perfect choice based on your post.

Oh... If you'll excuse me now, I'll just go hide in a secluded cave for the rest of my life.

If you can get ahold of a Galaxy Nexus, I'd recommend that.

Will you be keeping your iPhone 4 as a personal phone and your work phone for strictly work purposes? If so, I'd get an Android or Windows phone because it seems somewhat pointless to have two iPhones. Plus, then you'd have the best of iOS and the best of Android/WP7.

I have a Atrix and these are the good things that your wife will get with it.

    1. AWESOME social networking intergration
    2. Great widgets
    3. No too much bloat wear
    4. Smaller qHD Screen
    5. Finger Scanner
    6. Loud Speakers
    7. Nice keyboard
    8. Webtop (needs LapDock or Root for over HDMI)
    9. Entertainment Center (Need TV with HDMI)
    10. 16gb Storage
these are some of the bad things
    1. Bad benchmark scores due to Motoblur
    2. Junky launcher
    3. Blue notification drawer
    4. Harder to root
    5. Not much development

Just stick with the 4. No reason to get a worse phone.
