Getting movies on your ipod

    Can anyone plz explain to me how to get a movie on my ipod touch (the movie is on my hard drive im not getting it from itunes). TY!

    You need to convert it to a format that is compatible with itunes. There are several programmes for this e.g. handbrake for mac, videora for pc...those are both free. I use cucusoft which is a paid programme but it converts videos and dvds and is quite fast.
    After converting the movie should be found in itunes. If not go into itunes movies and click on import (under file).

    I have a problem i converted a .rmvb file to mp4 it's in my itunes but i can't sync it to the ipod.

    plus i don't see my ipod in my computer, or devices...
