I jailbroke my 16gb iphone 3g with redsn0w and enabled multitasking, backrounds and got cydia. Is there anyway to get rid of multitasking but keep the rest because multitasking it slowing it down very much.

    Try this:
    Get Rid of Multitasking

    Taken from the article:
Go to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and look for N82AP.plist file.
Change the line that says true to false under multitasking.

Or if you dont want to SSH, just rejailbreak and untick "enable multitasking"

just go download the latest version of redsn0w. Open it up. Choose you firmware. Let it download jailbreak data. select wallpapers and what eery else you want (besides for multitasking) but don't click Cydia because you already have it. I hope this helps.

Can anybody confirm this working? Last time I tried something like this, I had to restore and I want to try and avoid that again at all costs
