Like all webapps, you hold your finger on the icon until it starts to shake and the click the "x" and then click delete. If you don't have the wiggly icons feature ssh into your ipod and delete it from the webapps folder

    Install Finder and browse to

    /private/var/mobile/Library/WebClips

The folder names have no meaning, if you only have the one Webclip there will be 1 folder so delete that folder. If you have other webclips you can open each folder and see the icon within, when you find the Ziphone icon go back out of that folder and delete the folder.

Or get the january update so you can hold down on the web clips and then press the little x to delete them.

if u mean the icon that shows up when u jailbreak it u can just use the wiggle feature by clicking and holding an icon then just hit the x on the Zibri`s logo thing.
i think that what your asking
