iOS 4.1 get rid of persistant mail app

    how do i get rid of the persistant mail app, it now shows up in my multitasking and for kill processes under sbsettings it wont go away anyone know how to fix this?

    Thats because it checks for mail around Midday, or when you are not using it much.

    The real question, WHY does iPod start up after rebooting? lol.
