You know some apps, when you load them, it shows a title page first? (most of the time as a splash/introduction for the title of the app, and/or creator, etc)

Is it possible to SSH into the app and get rid of that? It's kinda annoying for most of my apps

NO, its not possible to remove that, and btw its on every app but on some apps the splash screen transparent so you don't see it. It is a tool called Backgrounder which runs the apps in the background, that means when you tap on the icon the app start in 0.000001 sec (so splash screen(Backgrounder can be found in cydia(trusted source)))

I see... is there a way to make certain apps (with the splash pages) transparent?

It really bothers me that i have to have all these ads along with a splash, i mean i paid for it, i dont want advertisements everywhere, even an introduction for it's own app.

    Erm... fail.
Remove the "Default.png" from /Applications/<appname.app> in each app.

Alternatively, use Winterboard and the following theme structure:
    Code:
    /Bundles/<bundleIDhere>/Default.png
    Make the Default.png a transparent 320x480 file.
