There are lots of threads on getting into force restore...but what if u have accidently forced restore....i need to get out...i wont be able to jailbreak it...i dont have the bandwidth to do it...

EDIT: In other words...i have the connect to itunes sign at startup and i dont want it...

So is there any way...currently on the how to force restore sticky...someone has also asked this question...it was answered but answered incorrectly...it has once again been asked again on the same thread and now i really need to know.

    cheers,
    Will

Have you tried just resetting it and a bunch of button combinations?
I know it's possible to get out of because I did it just the other day....
    Just try different combinations.

I did this procedure this morning to get out of recovery mode, and everything was back exactly how it was.

Download iBrickr and extract it. Exit iTunes and close the iTunesHelper process, then open the extracted iBrickr folder and run the iphoneinterface program. You should get a message saying recovery_r. Then type the following commands, pressing enter after each one:

    setenv auto-boot true
    saveenv
    fsboot

Then when you try to turn on your iPod again, you will be out of recovery.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that you should try that. I hope you get the contacts and stuff back.
