Just turn your phone off and back on again. That tends to work.

on 2.0, if you're in recovery mode, and turn it off then back on; not only does it take it out of DFU mode, but boot it up into normal mode(most of the time)

It also used to do that on 1.1.4. I didn't think to try it on any other firmware.

force power off be holding down the Home and Sleep buttons until you hear the USB disconnection chirp. Wait a little bit, then power back on.

So, I have a big problem and I want to explain it very carefully...

I have an iPod Touch 32GB, running with the 2.0 firmware.
I am stuck in DFU mode which is when all I can see is the is the USB cable and iTunes logo.
I do not want to have to restore but I can do it...
I have a Pwned iTouch, I pwned with the Pwnage Tool on 2.0 for the first time.
I went on Cydia Installer and downloaded Customize, It froze on the Broser thing and
I got frustrated so, I tried to go to the home screen,
It did not work so I restarted it the BAD WAY
I had forgotten about DFU mode untill it showed up.

Please Help, I am in shame....
