    Get MMS option in iphone 3.0 beta5 easy!

    hey u guys if you have iphone 3.0 beta 5 then go to the settings app on the iphone and then to general and down to reset and when your there just touch the reset network settings and then youll get the mms option in the settings app. i have the option now but i still cant send mms.

    to be able to send them i think u have to go through those one steps to be able to send them... the steps go something like this... put sim card in a phone that has ability to send pic mesagess . send a pic message with the sim card and then recieve one and then put it in the iphone and then youlll be able to send a pic and recieve i think

    I am on beta 5, and i can send and receive MMS any time, its nice and simple.... Some carriers block them with iphone plan, and if they have, call them and ask them to unblock them. On beta 5, there are network options to change mms settings, or you can update the from the carrier.ipc file from itunes.

    My carrier was happy to enable them for me, i just simply explained i was a developer, and i needed to enable MMS. I'm with Vodafone in Australia, and they transfered me to their iPhone department, and they lady was very nice and helpful on giving me the settings i needed, as well as information.

    EDIT:
    On a side note, i asked her if many people have called about this. She said i was the first, but she said she gets heaps of calls asking when 3.0 is being released, lol.
