    When it comes out though, they have to offer some form of buying it if you do not have an apple or AT&T retailer near you

    Now that i look at the site it says Where to buy : Visit an Apple Retail Store or Find your local AT&T Store.

    If AT&T is going to loss $200 on every non activated 3g iPhone I'm sure it will not be that easy to get one.
