GBC file to GBA file?

    i have a question

    well i've been playing my pokemon crystal version and i have alot of stuff accomplished
    thanks to gameshark, but its a GBC file and since i dont have my ipod touch yet which ill be getting for xmas i havent had time to experiment. well the thing is i wanna if it'll work on the ipod touch, if not how can i convert it to a GBA file

    The GBC file will not work on the iPod, you have to convert.

    Google Goomba, and that is a GBC converter to GBA.

    EDIT: kclives damn beat me to it.

    umm i got the Goomba
    but i dont know how to convert it, i tried for 20 mins then i gave up then i looked up a guide for
    goomba in google but i couldnt find one
    can anyone plz do like a tutorial?

    Open up the GBC.

    Select a destination for the GBA.

    Convert.

    Its pretty intuitive,

    Try putting the .gbc or .gb file in the same directory as the program. Then run it and the top left box, go to where you installed the program and select "goomba.gba". Then below, select where you want your file to save to. Then under that, find the directory where your game is (should be in the default if you used the programs install directory. Double click the file to add it to the list on the right. Make sure "splash screen" is unchecked in the top right corner. Then click conpile.

    wow thank so much, i tried playing the new GBA file in visualboyadvance and..there are moments where the screen gets messed up. will it be like that when i play it on the ipod touch? ( which ill be getting for xmas )

    Some converted ones may have little errors yes.

    If it happens in VB it'll probably happen on the touch.

    i did this with the game boy pokemon games and all my games are yellow when i play them on the touch anyone else have this problem?
