as far as I know, you can't save in game. The only way to save is to touch the menu button at which point it asks you if you want to create a save point. This is true for all games. Always quit and save your game at points without too much action on the screen as I have known saves to crash a lot

you might be correct for some games, that they do not save in game, but some do, Kingdom Hearts: Chain Of Memories for example saves perfectly fine in game, my thoughts are that you should unistall the GBA Emu and restart ur ipod touch and install it agen. hope it helps!

Fire Red allows me to save in game - I have autosave switched off, and when I exit the game I click No when it asks me to save...

    Has nothing to do with

Okay for all you lover of the NES, Gsaphone and New Gensis phone

Do the following work 100% you can save games in 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 okay:

    NES, GSPHONE and GENESIS Tweak:

Put this in a command line, like in WinSCP.

    chown -hR mobile /var/mobile

    Works like a charm...

Its a command for your iTouch..,
You can also run it in Terminal...

    I used this command...

    chmod -R 755 /var/mobile/Media/ROMs

This also did it great !

The two commands mentioned managed to fix my NES but not my GBA.
