if jailbreaking 2.0 will be possible - or better say when jailbreaking 2.0 is possible - zodttd will be smart enough to update his apps, so that they will work with 2.0
    With other words: Yes

You won't be able to get all of the applications you have now. None of the apps available on Installer right now will function on 2.0, because of the SDK. When 2.0 is jailbroken, the creators of 1.1.4 and below applications will have to port them to 2.0 if they still want them to be available. However, most of the apps in Installer are Jiggy widgets that won't be ported, so there will not be many apps for 2.0 when it is jailbroken.

the problem is you must rewrite them all completley.
but why should there be no kind of timemashine.
    Or a 1.1.x Emulator

Couldn't apple get permission from the orignal maker of the roms and sell them (so both apple and [ie Nintendo] get money?)
