Whats up iFans, good to be back, im thinking about building a gaming PC with these specs :

Intel i7-2600 3.4 GHz Quad Core
    GeForce GTX 570 1280MB
    Gigabyte Intel Z68
    x2 Corsair XMS3 4 GB
    Crucial 128GB SSD
    Crucial 64GB SSD
Sony DVD 24x (any model, doesnt matter)
    x2 WD 750GB 7500RPM

Im using the 128GB SSD for windows and the 64GB SSD for Backtrack 5, one of the HDD's for media and one for editing purposes.

I'd use this for high end gaming (BF3, CS:GO, MW3 etc.), Editing, surfing the web and penetration testing. would this fullfill my needs? im aiming for a 40FPS+ on BF3.

Go for an ASUS motherboard, they have a great reputation.

I looked at some benchmarks and they said 42 min, 52 average, and 65 max, this is with everything at its possible highest.

    -.-

In all seriousness though this build should work perfectly fine with anything. I'd say hold off until the gtx 660 comes out, but it will probably cost more than the 570 you will buy/bought. It wouldn't hurt to wait though if you can.
