[FYI]Headphones warranty

    I was asking recently about the warranty and the headphones...
    Everyone told me I wont be able to get new ones.

    The grey rubbers from my headphones got almost all the way down so I went to our apple retail shop and ask them if I can get them replaced.

    The answer was: Of course, your iPod is in warranty, your headphones are!!

    mine actually fell apart..luckily that day i was n the states....so i went o the apple store...showed them my headphones then they offered me to buy the headphones for 30$...i then told them that someone told me that u guys would replace them and the lady said yes just hold on.....she talked to the person in the back came back and said it depends when ur ipod was purchased, i came up with a lie and she went back and told me to come with her, Pulled me over to the side...took my headphones, asked me for some information...added onto the computer and they gave me the new head phones.

    i had mine replaced last night..you get the old ones no matter what... but nice to have a new pair

    mine broke after 2days, the rubber fell off, nice to know i can get a new set, although there not worth the hassle cause they sound naff lol

    The worst thing is that the headphones are not worth the price.
    In my country (Slovakia) they cost 600 SK which is approx $30, and they are not worth it.
    But I like how they look, so I am happy.
    And I have two years warranty on my iPod straight from shop=)
    They have told me this and I was like wow, how come?
    Because it is a retail shop or something I dunno.

    But I am going to have them replaced today and I am happy...

    So now I am really pissed...
    I went to my retail shop..
    I have signed the paper saying that I want to return my headphones and blah blah blah...
    And then guys told me that I will have to wait minimum 10 days for another ones...WTF??

    They need to give it to some ballsuc*ing serviceman who has to say I don't know what but it wil...aaaaaah...talking sh*t...

    I am just pi$$ed I will get my new earphones in more than 10 fkn days...
