    Hi all,

After having the touch for a month now I am looking to upgrade to an iphone so that I can get data anywhere (sick of having to locate accessible wifi all the time). I don't really plan on using it for txting or phone calls, but I do want the internet side of things (read: MobileSafari, Mail, Installer.app etc.). I just wanted to ask some questions before committing to anything.

I will buy an iPhone off of ebay already unlocked and I want to know some peoples suggestions on what carrier to go with for the SIM card?
It seems that a plan is the best way to go about getting unlimited data/internet, but I wanted to hear some other opinions on the matter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im just going to comment on the eBay part, but unless you find a cheap one on eBay then your wasting you time looking... People think just because they waste 45 seconds using ZiPhone that noob hackers are going to pay 800$ for it unlocked. If you know how to hack an iPhone(I would suppose you do from messing with the touch) then buy a new one from the apple store.

Get one from Carphone warehouse, much cheaper.
