    Hey everyone...

About two months ago, I jailbroke my iPod and installed the iPhone apps using FTP and following ipodtouchmaster's instructions on the youtube video. It worked fine back then.

Now, when I want to put files on the touch, I can't connect. The error message says control connection closed. What does that mean? How can I fix it?

I'm quite a novice when it comes to technical stuff, so if someone could help, I'd appreciate it.

You should search the forums, there are many threads related to this issue.

One common cause is a wrong IP address, check that it is still the same on the iPod (Settings / Wi-Fi, click on the blue little arrow). Usually it's possible to give a fixed IP address, or at least a name, to a computer or a device to avoid this problem. It depends on how your Wi-Fi router is set.

Check you ip on your ipod touch.. most likely it has change from restarting ipod, router etc.

then go back to your FTP program that your using and change the IP that you want to connect to
