frozen ipod

    my ipod touch is frozen, and i was wondering if there is any other way to access file besides using winSCP..? any ideas?

    Did you try to force restore it? but that should be more of a last resort. If you need to, plug your ipod in, hold both of the buttons down for about 20 seconds, and let go of the sleep/hold button and keep holding the home button. This will force your ipod to sync with iTunes. More like force you to restore it actually.

    The really really easier way to do it is by....

    1. Turning iPod off completely.

    2. Hold the home button while its off.

    3. Plug the Cable while your still holding Home.

    4. Keep Holding Home, and you have entered Restore Mode.

    This is the TRUE way to do it, Straight from Apple.

    mine does the same thing sometimes and i just restore it
