Most likely you could. But none of your Jailbreak stuff would work. You'd be on Default Apple firmware. No jailbreak apps, no cracked apps. Just good ol' Apple

Not as dumb a question as you think. I did an upgrade from jb 2.0.2 to 2.1 and my ipod touch froze at apple logo and SWD. I then did a restore to 2.1 and set up from back up and had same problem. Finally, did restore to 2.1 and set up as new ipod. Loaded everything back on, but after setting up e-mail, constant freezing. I am going to try another restore today, but I have used all previous firmwares and have never had these types of problems.

Yes! It works fine... Just let it run and don't panic like I ALMOST did when it showed the Quickpwn bootloader logo (all changes you made are deleted)
