From DVD to iTunes

    How can I get my movies from the DVD to my iTunes movies area?

    Handbrake to convert them into the proper format.

    Just select one of the Presets. Depending on what you want to sync it to, that is the preset you will select.

    Coo. Thanks. I don't think it's gonna work for me though. It says it should take up to one minute....it's been 4.

    The whole reading proccess. I left the room for awhile and it finslly finished. Now I'm confused again. To get the correct settings for itunes I should put apple - universal or basic - normal

    If you're going to sync to your iPod Touch, pick the iPod Touch setting. Also, to speed up the process, I suggest you make a copy of the DVD to your computer. For Windows, use DVD Decrypter. Mac OS X, MacTheRipper.

    Well as of right now I just wanted the movie i nmy itunes movie library.

    Yeah, the DVD can't natively be played in iTunes. So you'll need to convert it to a proper format.
